Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Community platform infrastructure.
Impact: There may be a 20-30 second delay on phone registrations and signaling while servers are restarted. As a result, calls made/ received during this window will also be impacted. Active calls will NOT be impacted.
Time of Release: Scheduled for Wednesday May 1st 2024 at 1:00 AM EST
Duration: Expected to be no longer than a 240 minute (4 hours) window
