Details and Scope: Sangoma will be performing planned infrastructure upgrades related to the Business Voice Plus platform. Sangoma will also be performing updates to our backend systems that communicate with external 10DLC websites. Impact: There may be disruptions noticed during the deployment window when brands and campaigns are being created for TCR (The Campaign Registry). There is no expectation of any other service interruption or degradation. All calls and other services are expected to continue as normal. Time of Release: Scheduled for Thursday May 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM EST Duration: Expected to be a 120 minute window
